Before your delivery arrives
Our dispatch team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day. They can only do this once the goods have
reached our warehouse, so please expect to hear from them after you receive your shipping email.
Your order is delivered on a wooden pallet to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
Kerbside delivery only

Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the order. |

The driver cannot carry the furniture up or down steps, through a property, across a gravel driveway, or up particularly steep driveways. |

Some reasonable requests may be considered if the driver deems it safe — for example, using a pallet jack to move the order from the kerb onto a paved driveway. This is solely at the driver's discretion. |

The delivery company is unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. |
| • |
The pallet will normally be placed where required, within reason of the physical constraints of the pallet size. |
Inspect before you sign
The driver will normally wait for you to inspect the goods, and we recommend doing so before you sign the delivery note.

If the driver does not allow sufficient time to break down the pallet and inspect the goods, you
must sign the proof of delivery note as “NOT CHECKED”.
If the goods are damaged and you sign as okay, it may be more difficult to arrange replacements.
|
|
|
If you are not at home on the pre-arranged day, or you refuse delivery, a re-delivery charge — usually
£25 (but it may be greater) — may be required before we can arrange another delivery.
If you request a return after this, the relevant shipping fees for the original attempt and the return may be deducted from any refund.

Pre-orders
Where your order contains a pre-order item, the expected delivery date is shown in your order summary above. Pre-order dates may change; if they do, we'll aim to update you as soon as we're made aware.
Once your order is ready to despatch, you'll receive a call to organise a convenient delivery day (if shipped with Palletforce). If you've also ordered items that are currently in stock, we can usually split these from the order and despatch them straight away.
Peak order periods
During May–June and November–December, order times may move to the upper estimate due to order volume and courier availability. All orders are handled in date order, oldest first. We appreciate your patience while we dispatch your order, and others, as soon as we possibly can.
Finance orders
If you've placed your order using our finance option, please note the goods will only be dispatched once the lender has accepted the finance application.
